Recruitment Consultant – Leeds (Sales Professionals Wanted)

Location: Leeds, LS1

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + uncapped commission (OTE £60k+ in Year 1)

The Role

You’ll be joining a successful, fast-paced recruitment business with a strong reputation in the market. As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll leverage your existing sales experience to:

• Build strong client relationships through outbound business development
• Source and manage top-tier candidates in your chosen sector
• Own the full 360° recruitment process - from initial brief to placement
• Hit and exceed activity targets and revenue goals
• Grow your own client base and manage your desk like it’s your own business

• Minimum 1 year of proven sales or business development experience

Experience in recruitment isn’t necessary - we’ll teach you that. But sales ability is non-negotiable.
