We seek an experienced, dynamic Field Sales Manager for the South East. Applicants need in-depth past experience of B2B field sales management and possess outstanding drive plus the qualities to build, run and produce success for a B2B field sales team of around 6 people.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a B2B field sales team of approximately 6 people in the South East.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Recruit, train and mentor B2B sales staff.
• Collaborate with the Credit Protection Association’s B2B credit management package offerings to improve cashflow for client businesses.

Qualifications

• Proven history in recruitment, training and management of B2B field sales teams.
• Strong drive, leadership, and the ability to build and sustain a high-performing sales team.
