You will be part of a team that values creativity and innovation, working with talented professionals who are passionate about digital solutions and customer partnerships.Responsibilities / TasksBuild & qualify pipeline: Partner with Frontline Sales to identify and qualify leads, dive into customer requirements, and shape tailored sales strategies informed by market intelligence.Market & installed-base planning: Analyse the regional installed base, segment customers, and develop regional business plans; maintain territory plans and run regular status reviews and reports to stakeholders.Solutioning & proposals: Define scopes/architectures and pricing; develop comprehensive, compliant proposals addressing technical, commercial, and legal aspects.Deal execution: Support bid clarifications and contract negotiations to ensure a smooth and successful close.Pilots & co-development: Work with GEA Digital Units and Center of Competencies to identify pilot customers, lead co-development projects, and scale proven solutions.Customer engagement: Plan and deliver site visits, presentations, and demos; present solutions to customers and status updates to internal stakeholders.Product expertise & enablement: Act as the regional LPT Digital Products Sales Specialist; champion digitisation via the GEA Academy; participate in Center of Competencies (Competence Centre) training and serve as a regional trainer for local Service Sales organisations.Strategic relationship leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor and foster long-term relationships with a strong customer-centric, growth-mindset approach.Cross-functional orchestration: Align with Center of Competencies, Product Management, Regional Service Heads, and Project Sales and Service teams to ensure process knowledge and customer accessWhat you will need to succeed:Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of lead generation and new client acquisition through digital/automation product channels.Analytical mindset by analysing the relevant installed base in the region utilizing existing tools and resources and developing regional business plans including market potential, customer segmentation, and execution of actions to grow digital/automation product sales.Hands-on experience developing and implementing digital/automation service solutions, processes, and workflows that support customer value streams.Deep understanding of industrial processes and engineering environments.A strong collaborative mindset to partner with local Sales Teams across EMEA and global organisation.Excellent communication and presentation skillsYour Profile / QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in Automation, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Food EngineeringProfound business understanding with strong commercial mindsetKnowledge of B2B industries, preferably dairy and food processingSales expertise in drying & filtration and automation products, with strong negotiation skills at management levelProcess knowledge and strong interest in digital productsAnalytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skillsStrong customer orientation and ability to act as a trusted advisorExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work in international and culturally diverse teamsAdaptability to changing assignments and prioritiesHigh proficiency in English (spoken and written)Did we spark your interest?Then please click apply above to access our guided application process. #J-18808-Ljbffr
