ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re excited to be hiring a Regional On Trade Sales Manager to drive growth through our key wholesale partners across Bristol and the South.

This is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of a key region, working closely with our wholesale distribution partners to grow our On Trade sales and strengthen our presence across the South of the UK. You’ll focus on building strong relationships with our distributors, supporting them with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed, and identifying new opportunities to grow sales across the channel.

You’ll also spend time in trade, supporting key customer accounts and ensuring we show up consistently and effectively across the region.

We’re looking for someone who’s commercially minded, a great relationship builder, and excited by the opportunity to make a real impact in a fast growing business. WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR


ABOUT YOUR TEAM

You’ll be reporting to our Head of On Trade, Amy.

Our sales team is broken up into 4 channels; on-trade, foodservice, retail/grocery and Export. We are all coffee people and are very immersed in the coffee community nationwide, but we are equally as passionate about all of our customers and segments of business!

Although the entire team is remote, we are a very close-knit bunch. We might be a small team but we truly believe in our product and know how to speak the language of coffee. We like to build lasting relationships within our team, as well as with our customers.


ABOUT YOU

You’ll ideally be based in Bristol or nearby in the South West, with good access to your territory and the key customers within it.

You’ll be self-motivated and ready to hit the ground running in your territory - bringing experience working with Wholesale customers, alongside a background in field sales within the On Trade.

As part of the sales team, you’ll be a bold, positive force who is supportive of your teammates, and always pushing for better. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, bring high energy to your day-to-day, and see challenges as opportunities. Whilst also being commercially minded, confident navigating P&L’s for your customers and focused on delivering against targets and driving growth.

You must have a UK Driving License.

YOUR COMMITMENT

You’ll be field-based. Working is flexible in this regard in order to get the job done.

Hours of work will generally be 9.00am – 5:30pm but may vary with workload or by agreement. Flexibility is required due to travel requirements, events and trade shows. We expect that you will attend tradeshows and networking events outside from time to time. Travel will be required to follow up leads and generate sales in accordance with the Minor Figures Travel Policy.
