We’re looking for a self-motivated sales professional with experience in the electrical specification market, or a background working with social housing suppliers.


The ideal candidate will be eager to advance their career by independently managing a successful sales territory. They’ll have a strong ability to identify and develop new business opportunities, along with exceptional relationship-building skills to foster long-term partnerships. Full product training provided!


What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

  • Minimum 3 years proven sales experience in territory management and growing sales.
  • Previous experience working within Social Housing or electrical specification market, is desirable.
  • Familiarity with ventilation systems or electrical sales channel, is preferred.


Desirable:

  • Ideally based around Bristol or South Wales.
  • Comfortable reading technical drawings and advising on installation.
  • A basic understanding of building regulations
  • The ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and confidently, both with clients and internal teams.


What You’ll Do:

Territory Management & Growth:

  • Identify, contact and manage relationships with housing providers, architects, specifiers, consultants, contractors, and other key decision-makers to drive specification of our products within local authority and housing associations.
  • Maximize sales opportunities within your defined territory and achieve set revenue targets
  • Securing and managing projects whilst driving revenue and market share.


Sales Development:

  • Driving sales growth by promoting and selling our ventilation products and solutions to planned works managers, reactive repairs mangers, and other key stakeholders within the Social Housing market
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry standards, codes, and regulations.


Technical Expertise & Consultation:

  • Generating new specifications and maintaining your historical specifications.
  • Arranging detailed toolbox training sessions for housing providers and their install teams.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to educate and influence specifiers on the features, benefits, and value proposition of our products.


Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Collaborate with the internal technical and design teams to provide customized solutions and support to specifiers during the project development phase.
  • Actively track and manage project pipelines, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to senior management.
