TIMAC AGRO UK, is a leading provider of high-efficiency sustainable farming solutions in the agricultural industry. As a specialist in plant, soil, and animal nutrition, we design, produce and distribute high added-value agronomic solutions internationally.


Due to continued growth, we are looking to add a Regional Sales Manager to join our team, covering the Norfolk/Suffolk region.


In this field-based role, you’ll lead the growth of new sales territories across Norfolk/Suffolk, driving hands-on traction and expansion. You’ll manage and build team of Technical Sales Specialists, recruiting new members as new territories mature. Your focus will be on building a high-performance culture, delivering tailored sales strategies, and managing the regional P&L.

Key responsibilities: (not limited to):

  • You will be the driving force behind developing and expanding sales territories within the Eastern region of the UK in a hands on and field-based approach.
  • Open new sales territories
  • Once a territory reaches a sufficient level of growth/sales, you will recruit and onboard a dedicated Technical Sales Specialist to take over ongoing development and maintain momentum and then repeat.
  • Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, developing high-performance
  • Provide on-field support to your team
  • Engage proactively with distributors, providing commercial and technical support while leveraging contacts and motivating them to actively grow sales and maximise market penetration.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets
  • Set and monitor team KPIs
  • Segmentation of the region, providing a platform to build upon for sustained future success
  • Provide sales forecasts and reports, actively utlising data from the company CRM.
  • Provide agronomic support to your team
  • Develop/train sales team in technical and commercial aspects



About you (essential):

  • Minimum degree qualified (agriculture-related or other closely related field)
  • FACTS & BASIS Qualified
  • People management experience within farming/agriculture (two years minimum)
  • Commercial experience – successful background in sales within the farming/agricultural industry
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth
  • Ability to analyse market data and develop effective sales strategies
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • A full UK Driving License. Requirement to be field-based and show presence within the region in a hands-on approach.
