Were now hiring a Regional Sales Manager to lead a talented new business team, drive national growth, and help build the next big name in fitness tech.

What Youll Be Doing

Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 5 sales reps to achieve and exceed targets
Set the tone and pace create a high-performing, growth-focused culture
Develop and deliver strategic sales plans that align with our national expansion goals
Use data to drive decisions track performance, report insights, and identify opportunities
Visit partner gyms across the UK to build relationships and expand brand reach
Proactively solve problems and streamline team operations and scheduling

What Youll Bring

A proven track record leading successful new business sales teams (B2B or B2C)
Coaching skills that unlock potential and drive high performance
A natural passion for fitness and an entrepreneurial mindset
Organisational and time management skills to keep everything running smoothly

A full UK driving licence
