Regional Sales / Specification Manager
Midlands & M5 Corridor | Field Based
Quality European Manufacturer | Competitive Package circa £75k
An exciting opportunity to join a quality European manufacturer experiencing sustained year-on-year growth and continued investment across its UK sales operation.
This newly created role reflects the business’s expansion and commitment to strengthening regional presence. You’ll be responsible for managing and developing existing accounts while identifying new opportunities across the Midlands and M5 corridor.
Working as part of a supportive and experienced team, you’ll take ownership of a defined territory, driving sales across sinks, taps and appliance categories, with a strong emphasis on specification-led opportunities.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for growing regional performance through a mix of account management and new business development, working across:
- National Accounts (kitchen multiples, merchants, buying groups)
- Distribution partners
- National and regional housebuilders
- Specification
- Local Authority / Social Housing
This is a commercially focused position, requiring someone comfortable operating across multiple routes to market while building long-term relationships with key customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships across your customer base
- Manage forecasting, pricing, and new product introductions across accounts
- Identify opportunities to improve margin through effective product mix
- Plan and execute promotional activity in line with wider business goals
- Build a deep understanding of your sector and regional market
- Produce account plans, reports and business reviews
About You
You’ll bring proven experience within the KBB or interiors sector — ideally across sinks, taps or appliances — and exposure to one or more of the following:
- National Accounts
- Merchants / Distribution
- Housebuilders
- Specification
- Social Housing / Local Authorities
You’ll be a self-starter with strong commercial awareness, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage your territory autonomously.
