This is not a conventional sales job.
It’s a chance to build and lead regional growth for one of the UK’s most exciting food-tech startups.
As Regional Sales & Partnerships Manager, you’ll be trusted with real ownership — driving sales, partnerships, and local engagement in South West London. You’ll work autonomously, with flexibility to design your schedule — whether it’s weekday meetings with partners or weekend activations at cafés, gyms, and markets.

1. Drive Growth & Revenue
- Deliver monthly subscription and partnership targets through local campaigns and outreach.
- Develop and manage a small brand ambassador network for on-ground promotions.
- Conduct outreach in residential areas, gyms, cafés, wellness studios, and community hubs.
- Track performance using CRM tools and provide feedback to refine local strategy.
- Forge collaborations with fitness coaches, yoga studios, nutritionists, and cafés to drive referral growth.
- Onboard local vendors, grocers, and wellness partners to expand the AnyFeast ecosystem.
- Represent AnyFeast at farmers’ markets, food fairs, and sustainability events to strengthen brand presence.
- Coordinate pop-up tasting sessions, sampling events, and local demos to create brand buzz.
- Plan and execute QR-based marketing and flyer campaigns in key local areas.
- Gather community insights and share on-ground learnings with the marketing team.
- Provide structured weekly updates on sales performance, leads, and ROI.
- Share real-time insights on customer behaviour and competitor trends.
- 4–8 years’ proven experience in sales, partnerships, or business development, ideally within FMCG, food, health, or lifestyle sectors.
- A track record of exceeding targets and driving measurable growth.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills — equally confident with consumers and business partners.
- Based in South West London / Surrey corridor (Kingston, Epsom, Wimbledon, Guildford).
- Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally for partner and community engagements.
- A true self-starter who enjoys autonomy, flexibility, and accountability.

This is a results-driven role with complete flexibility — you can structure your own schedule, including weekday or weekend activations (Saturday/Sunday) where engagement is highest.
We care about outcomes, not office hours. You decide how you’ll deliver them.
Base Pay: £12.50–£15.00/hour (approx. £1,000–£1,200/month)
Performance Incentives:
- £10 per new Meal Planning Subscription sold
- £25 per Partner Signed (e.g., café, fitness coach, nutritionist)
- £50 Event Bonus for exceeding engagement targets
- Quarterly Bonus: £250–£400 for achieving 75+ subscriptions
Total Potential Earnings: £15,000–£18,000 per year (OTE)
