Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Representative based in or around the Greater Boston Area. The representative will develop and execute sales strategies, manage client accounts, identify new business opportunities, and build strong customer relationships. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves staying updated on product offerings and market trends.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and negotiation skills with a successful track record in closing deals
- Experience as a culinary chef or culinary training
- Experience in client relationship management and building strong customer relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective sales presentation abilities
- Skills in market research, identifying new business opportunities, and analyzing market trends
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid role, primarily in the field inside kitchens, meeting decision makers, and supporting distribution partners through foodservice sales training
- Experience in the Food Industry B2B Distribution is important
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
