We're hiring Remote Digital Chatters to join our fast-growing online agency. You’ll be chatting on behalf of popular creators on a major adult subscription platform. This is a fully remote, text-only position where you’ll build emotional connections, drive sales, and keep fans coming back for more — all behind a digital persona.
What You'll Be Doing Managing high-volume, text-based chats on behalf of creators
Engaging fans with flirty, funny, or heartfelt messaging (tone-matching is key)
Naturally leading conversations toward paid content sales
Keeping conversations flowing to build loyalty and revenue
Who Thrives in This Role Gamers, streamers, RP writers, Discord mods, internet kids — you already speak the language
Emotionally intuitive, with strong written communication
Comfortable switching tones fluidly (charming, cheeky, caring, etc.)
Fast typers with solid grammar and excellent attention to detail
Fluent in English (written)
