We're hiring a Remote Sales Account Manager to join Inizio Engage in our wound care team. This remote role focuses on engaging healthcare professionals in community settings through digital platforms like Microsoft Teams.
We're looking for someone with solid sales experience, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of how the NHS works. You'll need to be comfortable working independently, using digital tools to build relationships and drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and manage digital relationships with key NHS contacts
* Use approved materials to support product education and sales
* Work closely with the wider commercial team to meet shared goals
* Record activity accurately in the CRM system
* Identify when face-to-face support is needed and flag to Account Managers
What You'll Need:
* Strong sales background (remote or field-based)
* Understanding of NHS customer needs, especially in community care
* Self-motivated, organised, and resilient
