With a well-established reputation in the Residential Development and new homes sector, the firm is now seeking a senior solicitor to step into a key leadership role, taking ownership of its specialist offering and playing a pivotal part in managing and driving future growth.

The Role In this role you will: Lead on the sale of new homes for developer clients, including site set-up and supervision of the plot sales process Act for purchasers of new homes, managing site appraisals, enquiries, and conveyancing transactions Oversee and mentor a team of solicitors, conveyancers, and paralegals in a busy and collaborative environment Build and strengthen relationships with developer clients, panel appointments, and other stakeholders Drive business development initiatives and play an active role in shaping the growth of the team
