About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead territory sales for a specialist ruminant feed and nutrition business. Covering the Stoke-on-Trent and wider Midlands region, this is a field-based position with a focus on building strong relationships directly with dairy, beef, and sheep producers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of ruminant feed products, offering nutritional support, and identifying growth opportunities across the region.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage sales across the Stoke-on-Trent/Midlands territory

Promote a portfolio of ruminant-focused feed and nutritional products
*
Provide technical support and advice to livestock farmers, tailored to their system (dairy/beef/sheep)

Build and maintain relationships with farmers, vets, feed advisors, and distributors
*
Attend farm visits, regional shows, and agricultural events
*
Work with the technical and logistics teams to ensure excellent customer service
*
Track competitor activity, market trends, and contribute to sales strategy
