Sales Account Executive
to join our growing team in Lincoln. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in sales and account management. You will receive full training and support to build your confidence in managing customer accounts, developing new business, and understanding the fast-growing nutraceutical industry. This role combines relationship building with hands-on sales activity, giving you a solid foundation for a long-term career. Key Responsibilities With training and mentoring, you will gradually take ownership of the following: Account Management Acting as a friendly and professional point of contact for existing clients. Building positive relationships and learning how to identify opportunities to expand their business with us. Assisting in resolving customer queries quickly and effectively. Sales Development Researching potential new clients and learning how to approach them with confidence. Supporting the sales team in preparing proposals and following up on enquiries. Shadowing experienced colleagues to develop your own sales style. Product and Market Learning Gaining knowledge of the companys product range (tablets, capsules, gummies, softgels, powders). Understanding how these products are used and how to communicate their benefits to customers. Staying aware of new trends in the health and nutrition industry. Collaboration Working closely with procurement, planning, and product development teams to understand how customer orders are managed from start to finish. Supporting the wider sales team with administration and reporting tasks. Reporting and Organisation Learning to use CRM systems to track client activity and sales progress. Assisting in preparing simple reports on account activity and market insights. Candidate Profile Some experience in customer service, sales, or an office environment would be helpful, but is not essential. A strong interest in building a career in sales and account management. Confident communicator, both on the phone and in writing. Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks. Positive, ambitious, and willing to learn. Benefits Salary of £26,000
