Ex-tech Signalling, part of the Pioneer Safety Group, is seeking a driven and proactive sales professional with a passion for building strong client relationships and exploring new market opportunities? We’re looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Birmingham. About the Role: As a key member of our Sales team, you’ll be responsible for managing existing client accounts, developing new business across diverse markets, and supporting distributor relationships both in the UK and internationally. This is an office-based role with occasional travel for customer visits and trade exhibitions. What You’ll Do: * Develop and execute strategies to grow the customer base and support new product development. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various markets and territories. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors. * Prepare and follow up on commercial offers and quotations. * Support marketing initiatives including campaigns, promotions, and trade shows. * Provide training and onboarding for distributors. * Conduct market research and explore new geographical areas for expansion. * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving. * Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and support order processing via ERP systems.
