Imperial Recruitment Group is delighted to announce an exclusive partnership with TK Access Solutions limited, a globally recognised manufacturer of stairlifts, to appoint a UK North Sales Account Manager on a permanent basis.
Role Summary:
The role exists to grow sales of Access BDD products in the UK reseller (B2B) channel. The UK Sales Manager is the face of the company in the territory, building strong, professional relationships with business partners, representing the brand, and driving partners’ sales of Access BDD products to meet agreed targets. The role also involves identifying and recruiting new partners to expand the network.
You will plan, implement, and continually improve the approach for achieving sales growth. This includes developing existing partners, recruiting new partners, promoting products, and running activities that engage customers. They will regularly review results and use market feedback to recommend changes to products, services, and processes. The role also ensures partners have the knowledge and training required to sell effectively and work seamlessly with Access BDD. A clear understanding of what motivates partners’ customers to buy—and using that insight to increase sales—is central to the role.
