Role Overview:
As a Sales & Admin Assistant, you will support both the administrative and sales functions of the business. You’ll be responsible for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes while also playing a key role in supporting our customers and sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative:

Handle day-to-day office tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management

Maintain and update records and databases
*
Answer phones and direct calls/emails as needed
*
Assist with invoicing, and communication
Sales Support:

Provide support to the sales team with client follow-ups and lead tracking

Maintain accurate customer information
*
Assist with reporting, sales analytics, and performance monitoring
*
Help coordinate marketing or promotional campaigns (if applicable)
