Graduate Sales Administrator Location: Lower Dicker, East Sussex | Salary: Competitive

We’re looking for a motivated Graduate Sales Administrator to join a leading engineering manufacturer in Lower Dicker. You’ll play a key part in supporting the sales process — preparing quotations, processing customer orders, and managing communications between clients, distributors, and internal teams.

The Role:

Manage customer enquiries, quotations, and orders Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads and sales activity Coordinate with engineering and production teams to meet customer requirements Support general office and sales administration You’ll Need:

Excellent communication and organisational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Confident use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Interest in engineering, science, or technical products This role offers full training, long-term development, and a supportive environment for recent graduates looking to build a commercial career within the engineering industry.
