Hours of Work: Part-time hours available, 12 months FTC.
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our company's strategic objectives. You will ensure that customers receive exceptional service at all times by providing them with both technical and product information. Your responsibilities will include managing customer enquiries and orders, processing purchase orders, and addressing customer concerns with sensitivity and effectiveness. You'll develop a deep understanding of our products, maintain professionalism in your interactions, and work closely with our external Sales Team to promote our offerings actively.
Sales Administrator Requirements:
Experience in a B2B sales support or customer service role.
Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of customer databases.
Strong organisational skills and a professional approach to communication.
Ability to handle conflicts and resolve customer issues efficiently.
A proactive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
