Position: Sales Administrator

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Orpington

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5:30pm

What You'll Do: As a Sales Administrator, your role will be pivotal in managing our office and ensuring smooth daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Management of the office & administration Raising purchase and sales invoices Communicating with clients Liaising with the DVLA ️ General day-to-day office duties

Who You Are: The ideal candidate will have:

At least two years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry A full, clean driving licence Proficiency in Excel and excellent typewriting skills A keen interest and knowledge of cars The ability to work independently and take initiative

Commute: Our office is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from St Mary Cray train station
