The Role:

We are currently looking for a Sales Administrator to be responsible for promoting sales and assisting with daily sales tasks.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Quotation Preparation: Generate accurate, itemized quotations based on customer specifications, surveys, or drawings for sash and case windows. Factor in traditional detailing, glazing options (e.g. Run through horns, trickle vents), ironmongery, finishes, and profile colour etc. Order Processing: Convert approved quotes into sales orders, confirming all technical and aesthetic details with the customer. Track order progress and provide updates to clients throughout the manufacturing and delivery process.
