What will you be doing as a Sales Administrator? Working as part of a great team in the office, you will be providing support to a field based team, dealing with customers across the UK. Duties will include:
Dealing with enquiries, mainly from existing customers but also some new customers, mostly via email Pricing up quotes based on designs or dimensions from customers Passing designs to the CAD team to create designs and using information and sizing via the inhouse system to create a quote Following up quotes to check they have all information or make any adjustments or amendments required Ensuring the customer is happy with the quote and design to pass to order team to progress Liaising with a marketing to assist follow up on marketing information sent via email or LinkedIn General administration including updating databases and assisting with scheduling meetings and providing information for tender documents...
