Your role as a Sales Administrator: Working as part of a team you will be carrying out a varied role, carrying out the day-to-day sales operations of the office, including administrative tasks, coordinating with other departments, and providing support to staff in other departments. Duties will include:
Answering phone calls and responding to emails Processing sales orders and enquires via phone and email from start to finish Organising and scheduling outgoing logistics / deliveries Maintaining office filing systems Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department General housekeeping of meeting rooms, offices and showroom Processing incoming and outgoing mail and email Providing admin support to other departments We would love to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
