Quality Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a financial/banking company in Milton Keynes for a Sales Administrator on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract basis. The Role: To co-ordinate and provide full Administration support for the Sales and Marketing and Salesforce teams, deal with Sales Ledger Invoicing, support the Operations and Project Teams and control all internal customer orders through to delivery and invoicing. Tasks / Responsibilities: Customer Support - provide initial telephone contact for all customer enquiries, managed through Sales Force To provide full Admin Support within Sales and Marketing - Salesforce data input, record maintenance, liaise with sales team and management regarding any travel arrangements, flights, hotels and car hire. Support event organisation; presentations, shows, meeting/conference arrangements and support in creation of marketing material and content. Sales Orders management - creating orders on the system, communicate with all internal parties, liaise with Order Management that internal stock levels are available, update customers of the progress throughout the process and invoicing on despatch of goods.
