Process customer orders and support sales activity using internal ERP systems. Handle enquiries from customers and end users via phone and email. Liaise with technical colleagues to assist with basic parts-related queries. Maintain accurate records of orders, returns, and deliveries. Coordinate urgent dispatch requirements with the warehouse team.Benefits
