As a Sales Administrator at HSS ProService, you'll be at the forefront of taking customers through the sales journey using your amazing customer service skills. You will be converting inquiries into revenue and delivering world-class customer experiences.
As a key part of this dynamic group, you'll gain in-depth knowledge of our products and processes, forming close relationships across our operations network to ensure customers receive what they need, on time and in budget.
You'll be a crucial link between our customers and suppliers, ensuring a seamless service. Your expertise will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and operational success.
A typical day:
- Administer customer orders with great attention to detail to get successful outcomes.
- Collaborate seamlessly with operations teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
- Be curious about our customers' needs to upsell and cross-sell effectively.
- Assist customers in navigating our digital channels for maximum convenience.
- Stay up-to-date with our products/services to maximise on sales opportunities.
- Handling all customer requests within agreed SLAs and supporting any logistics queries
- Making recommendations to customers and supporting the ordering process
- Coordinating third-party carrier movements to ensure timely deliveries
- Prioritising preferred suppliers in line with contracts, aiming to maintain positive margins
- Negotiating with suppliers when needed to optimise contract costs
- Educating customers on our diverse divisions to enhance service value
- Meeting and exceeding key KPIs, including job completion rates and margins
What you'll bring:
- Experience with Hire or Building Materials sales environments is preferred.
- Outstanding customer service skills, providing high quality customer experiences.
- Proven track record of achieving results through building relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

- Driving license preferable
