Managing enquiries via telephone and email promptly and professionally. Assisting in event planning by effectively communicating client requirements to the operational team. Ensuring all administrative tasks are accurate, up to date, and completed thoroughly. Scheduling meetings for our sales managers efficiently. Organising and conducting meetings and show rounds of the hotels facilities, including conference and event spaces, for both new and existing clients. The successful candidate will have A good understanding of Microsoft Office Proven experience in sales, ideally within the hospitality or events industry. A solid understanding of hotel operations and event management. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a keen understanding of sales and business strategy A driven and ambitious mindset, with a strong focus on delivering results.
