Position: Sales Support Coordinator

Location: Hybrid working (4 days in office, 1 day from home) with flexitime

Salary: £27,000 starting base with bonus

Job Description

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Generating reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and key metrics for management review.
  2. Order processing and billing duties.
  3. Handling order entry, ensuring customer orders are accurately recorded in the system.
  4. Coordinating with finance and billing teams to ensure timely invoice generation and dispatch.
  5. Tracking order status and communicating with clients regarding delivery timelines or issues.
  6. Ensuring smooth integration between dealership systems and those of the manufacturer or distributor.
  7. Processing transactions with accuracy and maintaining up-to-date records.
  8. Regularly updating vehicle and customer records for accuracy and completeness.
  9. Providing a professional and welcoming reception to visitors, creating a positive first impression.
  10. Handling telephone enquiries efficiently, considering peak periods and ongoing meetings.
  11. Providing actionable insights to the sales leadership team for strategic decision-making.
  12. Assisting in the development and documentation of standardised sales processes and workflows.
  13. Identifying inefficiencies in the sales process and recommending improvements.
  14. Managing and supporting sales tools, such as CRM software, proposal tools, and analytics platforms.

  3. Prompt dispatch of all outgoing sales correspondence.
  4. Working knowledge of manufacturer systems and documentation handling requirements.

  6. A professional and courteous approach to all visitors.
  7. Ability to enhance the business reputation through positive interactions.
  8. Experience with SAP and order processing systems.
