Role: Our client is looking to recruit 5 immediate, Telesales consultants for an 8 week Temporary role. In this role you will be responsible for the following duties: Outbound and inbound telephone calls verifying parcel delivery information Confirmation of names, addresses, delivery details, and contact numbers GDPR-compliant data validation procedures - CRM and Microsoft Office data entry and updates Logging of call outcomes, escalations, and corrections Professional customer service under peak call volumes Identification and reporting of data inaccuracies or risk flags Meeting accuracy and performance throughput targets
