Sales Administrator Job Description – Basingstoke - £26,400 Per Annum
About Us
Vanta Staffing are recruiting for a Sales Administrator for our client based in Basingstoke.
We are now looking for a committed individual to join there team in Basingstoke working as a Sales Administrator. Do you like providing a great service and working as part of a hands on team?  If yes, then we might be for you!
Duties include but not limited to:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve complaints and issues efficiently, escalating where necessary.
Process orders, enquiries and returns in a timely and accurate manner.
Support the General Manager with daily operational tasks including data entry, reporting, and document management.
In the absence of the Branch Transport Planner, plan and schedule vehicle routes for optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Support the General Manager and Sales Team with full conformance to all statutory and regulatory branch requirements
In the absence of the Branch Purchaser, work closely with warehouse, operations, and finance teams to coordinate stock levels and order requirements.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
Any other administrative tasks Please note this is a full time position working 40 hours per week
