We are working with a successful FMCG business based on the outskirts of Dungannon to recruit for their new Sales / Order Administrator paying up to £30k plus offering 1 day working from home. Working in a busy role supporting internal sales management and external sales reps you will be responsible for; Collecting, analysing and reporting / presenting customer sales figures Using excel and PowerPoint to present sales figures Manage customer price lists, amending/updated when required. Prepare New Product Forms and other relevant product/price information required by customers Support new product/customer launches with timely and accurate information communication, and execution of supporting administrative tasks. Prepare customer samples requests. Raise Purchase Orders and record sales team spend. Support the team with travel preparations. Assist with coordinating trade exhibitions and events.
