Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process sales orders Handle customer inquiries through telephone, email, and webchat Manage daily email correspondence and answer inbound calls, serving as the go-to contact for customers. Proactively reach out to customers about quotes, order issues, or aftercare needs. Log customer feedback and issues to maintain accurate records. Recommend additional products during telephone orders to boost sales. Work closely with marketing and warehouse teams to ensure smooth processes.What We're Looking For:
