The Role As a Sales Administrator, you will support the business across sales, administration, and operations. This is a varied role that requires a proactive approach and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Handling inbound and outbound calls with customers and suppliers

Providing administrative support to the sales team
*
Working closely with the wider admin team to ensure smooth order processing
*
Liaising with the warehouse team to track orders, stock, and deliveries
*
Supporting sales activity through accurate documentation, quotations, and customer updates
*
Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a sales admin, customer service, or office-based role
*
Confident communication skills (phone and email)

Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
