The sales advisor will gain a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who is willing to learn negotiating skills and an ability to showcase their clients offerings in a compelling way. Often tasked with giving presentations and attending networking events and skills workshops, the sales advisors must be both personable and professional. This role is offered on a self employed basis and all earnings are paid on a brand awareness fee plus commission only structure that rewards those who work hardest and make the most sales.
