SALES ADVISOR – STUDENT RECRUITMENT – Ukrainian Market

Working Hours: 37.5 Hours per week. Monday to Friday

Annual Base Salary Range: £23,810 base plus uncapped commissions

Experience Required: B2C sales, phone sales (leads)

Location: Onsite/Stratford E15

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Student Recruitment Advisor at UAPP, you will play a vital role in guiding students through the university admissions process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of UK universities, and the ability to build a strong community presence. This role requires staying updated on industry trends, effective marketing, lead generation, and exceptional customer service to ensure successful student conversions.

• Stay updated on UK university programs, entry criteria, and industry trends to offer accurate advice.
• Provide personalized guidance to students on university options, courses, and admission requirements.
• Provide a high level of customer service to prospective and current students, establishing strong relationships.
• Guide students through the entire admissions process, from application submission to enrolment.
• Implement strategies to enhance the conversion rate of prospective students to successful enrolments.
• Engage with local communities, schools, and educational institutions to build and develop a network with Ukrainian students and partners
• Represent UAPP at relevant events and activities to enhance the company's presence focusing on the Ukrainian market
• Participate in events, record videos, promote UAPP on social media and implement new content ideas on social media channels to attract Ukrainian students.

REQUIREMENTS

The candidate applying for the role should have the following:

• Settled/Pre-settled Status in the UK or British Citizenship
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• Proven experience in education consulting and student admissions
• Strong understanding of the UK universities, courses and admission criteria
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build strong relationships
