The Role
We’re looking for dynamic, results-driven Sales Representatives to join the Ipswich Telematics team. You’ll be responsible for prospecting into existing business customers, cross-selling innovative Telematics solutions, and contributing to the ongoing growth of the business. This is an office-based role reporting directly to an experienced Sales Team Manager, with the support of a wider sales team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other communications to introduce Telematics products and initiate cross-sell opportunities.
Deliver online demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and value of solutions to customers.
Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and track progress using CRM systems (Salesforce).
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity.
Achieve or exceed monthly prospecting and sales targets.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in prospecting or outbound B2B sales.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, able to overcome objections.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Eager to learn and continuously improve sales techniques.
