A Growing medium sized Housing Developer are looking for a Sales Advisor for a brand new site in Sutton in Ashfield. Offering progression opportunities within the business and a personal training plan from day one.

Job Duties:

Act as the primary point of contact for customers interested in purchasing new build housing Provide information on available properties, pricing, and financing options Coordinate site visits and tours for potential buyers Negotiate and close sales deals Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

Required Qualifications:

Valid Driving Licence

Experience:

Prior experience in new build housing sales or property sales preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sales and negotiation abilities Knowledge of the property market and sales process

Working Conditions:
