Must Have's:
* Some experience in sales or a customer?focused role (around 6 months or more)
* A strong interest in developing your career in a sales environment
* Confident communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
* Good attention to detail and the ability to follow processes
* Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
* Basic numeracy and literacy skills

* Cert CII qualification or an interest in working towards it
* Previous exposure to insurance or property related sectors
So, What Will You Be Doing?
* Converting new business enquiries and supporting clients throughout the process
* Building strong relationships with insurers, introducers, and internal teams
* Working towards individual and team targets for income, conversions, and leads
* Listening to client needs and helping find the right solutions
* Negotiating and influencing effectively with support from your team
* Following up on documentation and keeping records accurate and up to date
