As a Sales Ambassador, you'll be the face of the store – welcoming customers, offering tailored advice, and closing sales. Create an outstanding customer experience while achieving (and exceeding) sales targets. Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations. Drive sales across a wide range of home and lifestyle products. Consistently achieve personal and team targets. Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business. Ensure the showroom is always presented to the highest standard.
Qualifications
Proven sales experience within homeware, DIY, automotive, or other consultative retail sectors. Strong communication and customer service skills. A natural ability to influence buying decisions and build rapport. Target-driven with a passion for achieving results. Positive, proactive, and a true team player.
