In this role, you will need to have a sales-oriented mindset and desire to succeed. your duties include cultivating new leads into sales, upselling and cross-selling where possible, building positive relationships with new and existing clients whilst managing large volumes of enquiries. This position will suit someone who has experience within a sales and fast-paced client services environment. By liaising with clients over the telephone, you will have the opportunity to build a strong rapport, provide an excellent service and discuss the correct pathway to recover their outstanding debts.
