Sales and Customer Support Coordinator – Logistics (FTC)

On-site for the first 3 months – 2 days WFH after training is complete.

Pod Talent is excited to partner with a leading global food manufacturing business known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and high standards. With global operations and a strong footprint in the UK, the company has built a reputation for quality, service, and deep supply chain expertise.

As they continue to grow and deliver critical supply chain solutions to major brands around the world, they are now looking for a Sales and Customer Support Coordinator to join the team on a fixed-term basis.

This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll join a small, supportive team focused on delivering exceptional service and operational accuracy to B2B clients. You’ll be at the heart of the supply chain - helping to ensure orders are fulfilled, transport is booked, and communication with both internal teams and external partners is seamless.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage customer sales orders, contracts, and export documentation in line with compliance processes.
• Act as the main point of contact for customer queries and ensure timely communication and resolution of issues.
• Coordinate shipping and logistics, including transport bookings and liaising with service providers.
• Manage invoicing and ensure all relevant documentation is completed and stored accurately.
• Track OTIF performance and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a customer service, logistics, supply chain, or order processing role.
• Strong Excel, ERP and CRM skills, with the ability to learn new platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
• Self-starter with a collaborative approach and a passion for delivering a great service.
