Base Pay Range Location: Huyton Business Park, Liverpool (Hybrid Working) Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience) + bonus Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (35-40 hours per week, flexible start between 8am and 9am) The Role This is a varied and rewarding position supporting both the sales and marketing functions, combining administrative excellence, customer service, and creative input. Key Responsibilities
Responding promptly to customer enquiries and preparing accurate quotations Processing orders, liaising with suppliers, and sending proofs and artwork for approval Monitoring orders in progress and ensuring timely delivery Preparing and scheduling email campaigns and LinkedIn posts in coordination with the sales team Assisting in the creation of digital marketing materials and monitoring website traffic Maintaining and updating the customer database and CRM system Collaborating with designers and suppliers to produce engaging proof visuals and marketing assets
Performance Objectives Success will be measured through timely follow-up on sales leads, the effectiveness of marketing activities, and your contribution to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organisational and administrative abilities Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems An interest in marketing, branding, or promotional products A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
