The role

Join our chalet-style booth at Winter Wonderland (visited by ~2.5M people each year). You’ll welcome shoppers, share SEP’s story, help customers choose gifts, and keep the stall looking sharp and running smoothly.

What you will do:

– Acquire in-depth knowledge of the SEP mission, story, and product collection

– Represent the brand through thoughtful storytelling and meaningful customer engagement

– Ensure the stall always reflects SEP’s visual identity and values

– Help build and maintain our client base through exceptional relationship-building

– Track daily sales and footfall, and help build our CRM system by collecting customer details

– Keep the stall clean, organised, and welcoming at all times

– Liaise daily with our management team and other stores for seamless coordination

– Contribute feedback on product and client experience

Who you are:

– Warm, curious, and culturally aware

– Passionate about fashion and craftsmanship

– Fluent in English, another language is a strong plus

– Flexible and available to work during the holidays

– Retail experience is a plus—but a willingness to learn matters more

– Confidence with people. Clear communicator. Active listener

– Basic math. Comfortable with a card reader and simple POS

– Great time management. You stay calm when it gets busy

– A neat eye for merchandising and visual detail

– Reliable. Punctual. Team player

– Right to work in the UK and availability across the holiday period
