Job Title: Sales Assistant Location: London (Onsite)

Duration: 9 months Job Description: Campaign & Administrative Support Coordinate and book cross-platform campaigns, ensuring timely activation and accurate scheduling Monitor and track campaign delivery; proactively flag and resolve issues such as missing creative assets or sponsorship conflicts Assist in compiling pre-, mid-, and post-campaign reports with performance insights Maintain detailed records of bookings, creative assets, client deliverables, and payment statuses Assist with onboarding new clients and processing sales documentation, including contracts and invoices Required Skills & Experience Previous experience in a similar sales support, media, or administrative role Excellent administrative and organizational skills; detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint Ability to remain calm and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment Confident and professional communication skills, both written and verbal Desirable Attributes Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Media, Communications) Familiarity with international media markets or advertising operations Additional language skills are an advantage (English fluency required) Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and able to hit the ground running
