I am looking for a Sales Associate to join London’s No.1 Premium Service Provider within the home services sector. Job Description
Follow up on franchisee engineer recommendations for smaller works (up to £10,000).
Convert technical estimates into bookings through effective negotiation.
Maintain and update sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics using Excel.
Collaborate with engineers and internal teams to drive revenue.
Manage high-volume customer interactions professionally.
Support administration processes including tracking ‘on hold’ jobs and payments.
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Experience in outbound or technical sales, ideally within property, trades, or recruitment.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
CRM proficiency and confident Excel reporting abilities.
Collaborative, target-driven, and organised.
