Salary: £24,000 £28,000 (depending on experience) + uncapped commission (£20K+ achievable)

SavvyVan is a UK-based technology company at the forefront of smart systems for the off-grid living sector. We design and manufacture control and monitoring systems for campervans, canal boats, and mobile homes empowering people to live and travel with greater independence.
We are now seeking a Sales & Business Development Executive to help drive our next phase of growth. This is a high-impact role with autonomy, variety, and significant earning potential.
Role Summary
You will be responsible for the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting, through to onboarding and early customer support. Youll be the main point of contact for new customers during their first 12 months, ensuring a smooth and positive experience before handing over to our Account Management team.
This role combines proactive business development with relationship management and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage and convert new sales opportunities
- Manage the full customer journey from initial contact to first-year support
- Build long-term relationships and deliver outstanding customer service
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions and occasional site visits (some weekend travel required)
- Accurately manage pipeline, forecasts, and reporting via our CRM system
- Achieve defined revenue and profit targets to unlock commission
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, target-driven and self-sufficient
- Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing a sales pipeline
- Full UK driving licence
- B2B or technical product sales
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive)
- Interest in off-grid living, campervans or DC electrical systems
- £24,000 £28,000 base salary, dependent on experience
- Uncapped commission with potential to earn £20K+ on-target earnings
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off
- Hybrid working model (Leeds-based office + remote flexibility)
