What You'll Be Doing: Managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to legal completion Conducting accompanied viewings of our show homes and plots Building rapport with customers and understanding their needs Negotiating offers and achieving sales targets Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal teams Maintaining accurate records on our CRM system Keeping the marketing suite immaculate and welcoming
Who We're Looking For: Natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Target-driven with a proven sales track record (new homes experience is a bonus but not essential) Professional presentation and approach Weekend availability essential (typically includes Saturdays and Sundays) Full UK driving licence Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
