Construction Sales Consultants - Worcester

A £30m turnover business based in Worcester needs Construction Sales Consultants to work in a busy office in the city centre. Full training will be given.

You will be working within a sales team and undertaking duties with a mixture of construction business’s across the Greater Midlands region, and providing them with services and sales to hit company targets. Your clients will be a mixture of privately owned Director run companies and blue chip international business’s.

Core Sales Duties:

• Communicating with construction industry companies and introducing the companies services
• Arranging sales meetings with clients and visiting clients
• Building relationships with each business, its Directors and staff long term and supplying them regularly
• Database management
• Sourcing the right product and service for each individual construction company
• Hours – 730am – 430pm Monday to Friday

Training:

• Full Training given on construction, the clients, the services, the products etc
• Full database and social media training given

Requirements:

• Driven, can do attitude
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organisation skills
• Driving licence

Salary and Earnings:

• Salary between £26,000 and £30,000 per annum depending on experience
• Uncapped earning potential for hitting very achievable monthly sales targets
• Promotion criteria within a year allowing career growth and higher salary and commission.
• Earnings typically £40,000 during year 1 and £45,000 - £50,000 during year 2
