Day-to-day of the role: Advise customers and sell a wide range of professional learning products to new and existing customers across various industries. Tailor or bespoke design programme solutions to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets. Gather intelligence on customer needs to share with the business and senior managers to continually improve the product offering. Represent the brand through excellent product knowledge and skilful questioning to match the right product to customer needs. Convert inbound enquiries and pursue outbound leads to enrol customers onto courses, maximising sales opportunities.
